Ensuring a positive customer experience. 3. **Operating Equipment**: Using espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment to prepare drinks. Cleaning and maintaining equipment. 4. **Cash Handling**: Processing payments, handling cash, and using point-of-sale systems efficiently. 5. **Stock Management**: Monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and informing management of shortages. 6. **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keeping the work area, utensils, and customer seating areas clean and organized.
