Stores & Warehousing

v  Lean Management – Operating stocks on supermarket, mini market concept, and two bin system for manufactured & purchased parts. Adopting new techniques of inventory management, Floor stock management, Ship to stock, green channel parts.

v  Monitoring Loading & unloading of min 25 containers every day

v  Maintain minimum & maximum levels of BOP, Consumable & FG
