- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Ensure the front desk and guest area are clean. - Provide information about products and services to customers - Answer phone calls and messages from customers or make consultation appointments between the customers and the doctor. - Work closely with the therapist and the doctor to resolve the customer's issues. - Manage the customer's data treatment and ensure their database is neatly arranged. - Process customers' transactions by cash, money transfer, and debit machine. - Record and monitor the company’s daily income and expenses.
