Preparation/ Coordination of Monthly Payment Application & Certification 8. Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks 9. Rate analysis for all the items of Civil works 10. Allocating work to subcontractors and valuation of their monthly Invoice 11. Preparation of Budget, monitoring activities and Coordination of work effort 12. Prepare and update actual Progress versus the planned schedule analyzing outcomes and preparation of detailed progress reports. 13. Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
