• Responsible for the material quality of Products manufactured by HMC & VMC machines. • Inspection on the following mechanical Parts such as Steering rack cover, support alternator assembly and engine timing chain cover • Managing day to day operation

• Assisting Customers in sales & services • Preparing daily report as per the scheduled time • Preparing Audit report to GM • Analyzing Complaints on sales & service products • Follow up with Technician team regularly • Finding permanent solution for the reported issues and assuring it not occurred again • Sending customers feedback to the management to fix the issues.
