Total area is 80 acres and build up area 12 lakhs sq. ft. requiring 24/7 support on Power, HVAC, FAS, FHS, Water management, administration, event management & redundancy plans for shut down etc. Supervised 70+ employees (engineers, supervisors and technicians) for all day to day facility management services. Responsible for new project include making of BOQ, touch with design team, project estimation cost, and completed the project on time, safely, under- budget, to satisfaction of all parties concerned. Development and implementation of SOP and Preventive Maintenance Plan utilizing CMMS. Responsible for monitoring and control of the energy cost and consumption. Compliance and administration management. Operation and maintenance of 100KW solar plant.
