experience with one of the best 3 star Restaurant and Hotel in India. My works include Handling
guest complaints in a polite and professional manner, Conduct daily meetings with Supervisors
and Housekeeping colleagues, Management and care for the Restaurant store, To motivate and
train colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient Housekeeping operation. Motivate, train, and
supervise all Housekeeping colleagues. Other duties assigned by the General Manager.
As a result I prepare plans always considering the interconnection between Customers and
Business so that the guests feel warm and welcomed, and business grooming constantly. I am
