Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager – HORECA. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, creating business plans, ensuring exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth. They will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and implementing strategies to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Business Planning, and Key Accounts management experience
- Proven track record in Account Management and Customer Service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum Experience 4+ Years as HORECA Account Manager.
Valid UAE driving License.
