Position 1: B2B Social Media and Influencers Management Specialist

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for the company’s training programs.
  • Manage and optimize company profiles on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Identify and engage with relevant industry influencers and thought leaders to amplify brand messaging and reach target audiences.
  • Create compelling content, including posts, articles, videos, and graphics, that resonate with the company’s target audience and align with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies and optimizations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices, with a focus on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels in the GCC region.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with influencer marketing strategies and tools, including identifying, vetting, and building relationships with influencers in the GCC region.
