Positions:

1. Facade Project Manager

Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000
Requirements:

• Qualifications: BE degree.
• Experience: 5-10 years in the Facade industry, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Responsibilities:
  • Lead facade projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with UAE building regulations.
• Other Requirements: Age less than 50 years.

2. Facade Document Controller

Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000
Requirements:

• Qualifications: Relevant degree.
• Experience: 3-5 years in the UAE’s Facade industry.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Expertise in managing facade-related contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

3. Procurement Executive

Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000
Requirements:

• Qualifications: Relevant degree.
• Experience: 3-5 years in the UAE’s Facade industry.
• Responsibilities:
  • Strategic sourcing of materials, components, and services for facade systems.
  • Supplier relationship management and contract negotiation.
  • Inventory and cost management with compliance and quality assurance.

4. HR Executive

Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000
Requirements:

• Experience: 3-4 years in UAE HR and payroll management.
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of Ministry of Labour (UAE) documentation.
  • Understanding of emigration laws for India and the UAE.
  • HR experience in the Facade industry is preferred.
