Hiring Front Desk Manager
Req: Must have UAE experience as a Front Desk Supervisor/Manager. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Hospitality Management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be available in UAE to join immediately.
Salary: AED 8000+ (Based on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct the final evaluation of front desk services to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Oversee and manage zone supervisors to ensure efficient front desk operations across different zones.
- Ensure zone supervisors adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing training and support to zone supervisors to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop training programs and materials to ensure consistent and effective onboarding and development
- Work closely with the Sales and Customer Happiness departments to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement strategies to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the Customer Happiness and Retention department by approving necessary actions and initiatives.
- Plan and manage manpower requirements to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for front desk staff, including zone supervisors.
- Provide constructive feedback and develop action plans to improve performance.
- Handle disciplinary meetings and address any performance or conduct issues with front desk staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
