Job Requirements:

• Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine is a must.
• Preferably Turkish, Greek, Italian or Spanish nationals.
• Understanding of menu and recipe development techniques.
• Strong leadership and positive attitude.
• Ongoing awareness of culinary trends.
