Position: Personal Loan Officers

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a bank or DSA

Skill: Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills,

Salary up: to 6000 with incentives, visa, ticket and health insurance

Responsibilities:
Deliver on sales targets by building strong relationships in the DSA network and ensuring positive outcomes Identify customers and complete their loan applications Develop and execute strategies to drive loans and bulk-sourcing Ensure the highest levels of compliance and ethics Optimize productivity for multi-products Understand the UAE market, existing policies and existing customers based on quality service.
