We are seeking a dynamic and experienced OA Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our company.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an OA Manager. The OA Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring smooth workflow. This role will be primarily located in Dubai but will have flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the Owner’s Association.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and community guidelines.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the annual budget.
  • Oversee financial transactions, audits, and reporting.

Community Engagement:

  • Build positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns, and fostering a sense of community.
  • Organize community events and initiatives to enhance resident engagement.

Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with vendors for maintenance, security, and other services.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve community services and amenities.
  • Work with the board to achieve long-term community goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
  • Must have experience in a previous OA manager role (Preferably at an owner-association company)
  • Strong understanding of property management principles, regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of real estate industry and property management (preferred)

Depending on experience base salary can range up to 15-20K AED
