Position Overview:

As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll guide clients through property transactions, from marketing listings to facilitating purchases. This role is ideal for experienced professionals looking to advance in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under favorable terms.
  • Assess clients’ needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions.
  • Facilitate negotiation processes, advice clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fairness and integrity.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values.
  • Showcase and promote real estate to potential buyers.
  • Prepare necessary documentation (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
  • Oversee property auctions or exchanges.
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties.
  • Collaborate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors.
  • Cultivate relationships and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
  • Drive sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Stay informed about real estate markets and industry best practices.


  • Demonstrated experience as a real estate agent or salesperson.
  • Proven track record of successful sales.
  • Ability to work autonomously with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong aptitude in sales, negotiation, and communication.
  • Reliable, personable, and trustworthy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Multilingualism is advantageous but not mandatory.
