Join our dynamic team and take your career to the next level! We are looking for a Senior Estimator / Cost Control / Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in the construction industry (10+ years).
Position: Senior Estimator / Cost Control / Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for projects
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget control
- Analyze contracts and tender documents
- Evaluate and manage risks related to project costs
- Coordinate with project teams to optimize financial planning
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in estimation, cost control, or quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, pricing, and contracts
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
