Opportunity Alert: Senior Marketing Specialist Needed

Hey everyone!

We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Marketing Specialist to join our EPC firm with an immediate start.This role requires you to be in our Dubai office 4 days a week, with Fridays working from home.

Position Overview: This role will support the Brand Manager in executing day-to-day operations related to brand management, with a focus on social media management, content development, and other marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of brand management within the EPC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate & schedule content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback, and respond accordingly.

Content Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate creative content for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, newsletters, and press releases. Content pool that will be utilized by other team members.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and conveys the company’s messaging effectively.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including launches, ground-breaking and roadshows.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Brand Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Monitor brand mentions and sentiment across various online platforms, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess brand health.

Lead Management:

  • Capture and assess leads from different sources like website forms and social media.
  • Generate periodic reports to assist in assessment and analysis of lead performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. 1-2 years’ experience.
  • Strong passion for branding, marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
