We’re Hiring a Tax Manager | In-House Role with Business experience for JUMBO Group – UAE.
Are you a seasoned Tax Professional with in-house experience in a fast-paced business environment? Ready to take charge of corporate tax compliance and lead strategic tax operations. JUMBO Group is looking for a Tax Manager who brings both technical tax expertise and a deep understanding of UAE/GCC regulations, with the ability to manage corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and more.
Essential Job Requirement:
Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 3 – 4 years of in-house tax experience in UAE, within a corporate or business environment.
Job Summary:
The Taxation Manager will ensure complete compliance with all tax-related statutory obligations, including Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, and Withholding Tax. The ideal candidate will manage compliance frameworks, lead coordination with advisors, and proactively align tax strategies with business goals and changing regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage direct & indirect tax obligations across UAE and GCC.
- Provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders on tax matters.
- Review VAT treatments and ensure timely, accurate compliance.
- Prepare and finalize Corporate Tax Return and Transfer Pricing Files.
- Engage with tax advisors, government authorities, and auditors.
- Monitor legislative changes and advise on business impact.
- Establish and update tax-related policies and controls.
- Ensure timely reporting and submission of all tax returns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align operations with tax compliance.
Experience & Qualification:
- 7–10 years of experience in direct/indirect tax compliance, in GCC.
- Must be Qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on exposure to UAE tax laws.
- In-house tax experience within a corporate or business
- Proficient in ERP systems & MS Office tools.
