Position: Operations Team Leader

Position Summary: A key player in the success of The National Aquarium Operations, the Operations Team Leader is a hands-on member of The National Aquarium Leadership Team. You will lead the operation of all guest services functions, education and conservation to ensure that we operate in a safe, efficient manner and profitable manner whilst providing world-class guest service. The responsibilities will include supervising, training, employee co-ordination and managing a team of Educators and Hosts. Successful Operation Team Leader will have great communication and leadership skills and always attain the best performance from their team.
