• Fully accountable for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Frozen Storage, Cool Temperature Storage, Ambient Storage, and Dry Storage Warehouses, primarily catering to our company's Key Account Customers, including Brazil Foods (BRF) and Armada Retail Distribution. • Managing inbound processes, ensuring proper receiving and correct storage practices, optimizing inventory management, supervising outbound operations, and conducting rigorous inspections in compliance with Dubai & Ajman Municipality regulations for incoming stocks. • Pro-actively prevent near misses, incidents, and accidents within the warehouse environment. • Conducting periodical inhouse workshops regarding SOP and SWP so that the team remains always compliant to standard operating procedures, safe working practices and good warehouse working practices.
• Completely responsible for Procurement and Contracts, Vendor Development and Overseeing the planning and execution of Stores Operations to cater the fulfilment of materials as per the BOQ / BOM for ongoing projects. • Maintaining accurate inventory of stocks on hand, including semifinished and finished products. Liquidating non-moving dead stocks and generating additional revenue to the company. • Defining scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing project plans, setting timelines, and allocating resources to ensure completion on time within the budget. • Maintaining effective communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners. • Managing cost effective logistical support in delivering finished goods to the customer. • Managing and disposing materials scrape generated during production of finished products in compliance with HSE and Statutory requirements and in a cost effective and profitable manner
• Maintaining project documentation, which includes project plans, schedules, status reports, and budget tracking. • Provide essential support to the project management team by coordinating project activities, meetings, and schedules. Facilitated communication among team members and external stakeholders, ensuring that project tasks are completed on time and that any issues or obstacles are addressed promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, order new supplies, and ensure that stock is organized, labeled, and stored appropriately. Also oversee the storage conditions to prevent damage or spoilage of goods. • Sourcing and purchasing materials, supplies, and equipment needed by the organization. This involves identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. • Preventing overstock or shortages of essential items helps in maintaining smooth operations and preventing disruptions in the supply chain.
• Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory, as well as monitoring stock levels. Assisted in tracking and organizing items in the store to ensure that products are readily available when needed and that stock levels are within acceptable limits. • Processing orders and requisitions, ensuring that the correct items are selected and prepared for distribution to various departments or customers. • Recording incoming and outgoing stock, tracking stock levels, and ensuring that the inventory database is accurate and up-to-date.
