1.Kitchen Management:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety standards.
2.Menu Creation and Planning:
Design and update the restaurant’s menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients, and ensuring a balance between creativity and cost efficiency.
3.Staff Leadership and Training:
Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment while ensuring high culinary standards and team development.
4.Inventory Control and Budgeting:
Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and control food costs, ensuring the kitchen operates within budget while minimizing waste.
5.Quality Control:
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure every dish meets the restaurant’s standards, consistently delivering an exceptional dining experience.
6.Collaboration with Front-of-House:
Work closely with front-of-house management to coordinate service timing, guest feedback, and special requests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
