Positions: Lead Interior Designer

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the interior design department, providing guidance and mentoring to the team. Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives.  Utilize your expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools to create detailed and accurate design presentations. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, materials, and finishes, including knowledge of international manufacturers in finishes, FF&E, hardware, and sanitaryware. Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budgetary constraints.

Experience: A minimum of 15+ years of experience as an Interior Designer in a leadership role. Proficiency in industry-standard interior design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools. In-depth knowledge of current industry trends, materials, and finishes, including familiarity with international manufacturers in finishes, FF&E, hardware, and sanitaryware. Proven track record of managing and successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgetary requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors and team members.
