1. Carpenter
- Candidates with 3 to 4 years of experience in Facilities Management.
- Immediate availability are preferred.
 2. Painter
- Candidates with 3 to 4 years of experience in Facilities Management.
- Immediate availability are preferred.
3. Multiskilled Technician – Civil
- Candidates with 3 to 4 years of experience in Facilities Management.
- Immediate availability are preferred.
4. Mason
- Candidates with 3 to 4 years of experience in Facilities Management.
- Immediate availability are preferred.
5. Civil Supervisor
- Candidates preferably with Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates with 4 to 5 years of experience in Supervisory role.
6. Pest Control Technicians
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Pest Control Technician or similar role.
- Must possess physical stamina and be able to withstand harsh conditions.
- Ability to stand for an extended period and work in uncomfortable environments.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully to apply pesticides safely.
- Must possess good customer service skills and be customer-focused.
- Strong ability to keep good records of hours worked and chemicals used.
7. Pest Control Supervisor
- Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license.
- Having good verbal and written skills.
- Certified by local authorities.
