Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Minimum 4 years of Gulf experience in the MEP field
-
Currently residing in the UAE (mandatory)
-
Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, and MicroStation
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-
Strong organizational and task prioritization skills
Key Responsibilities:
-
Review tender drawings and prepare timelines for detailed design and shop drawings
-
Prepare, modify, and analyze drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Drainage projects
-
Coordinate with Technical Managers, Estimation Engineers, Site Engineers, and Project Managers
-
Liaise with client drafting teams for interface discussions and clarifications
