Position: IT Support Engineer

Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years experience in UAE

Education: Bachelor Degree

JOB DESCRIPTION: Expert in Windows Servers, AD, Domain policies Knowledge in VM configuration and hyper V. Expert in Fortinet firewall configuration, multi-level Security policies, Site to site VPN etc. Experience managing, supporting, and deploying network infrastructures, Consisting of LAN/WAN and WLAN. Experiencing in routing and switching Strong knowledge in Wi-Fi Solution Strong knowledge in multiple OS installation and troubleshooting Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. Site office mobilization, LAN cabling including total IT infrastructure setup. Strong knowledge in VoIP telephony and Digital PABX system and manage the telecommunication systems for entire organization Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. Knowledge in office 365 trouble shooting and managing. Knowledge in MFP and Laserjet printing and troubleshooting management
