We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in a leading Dewatering Company in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all project documentation.
- Ensure that documents are properly filed, archived, and easily accessible.
- Coordinate the submission and receipt of documents between different teams.
- Maintain a systematic document control process and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in document control (preferably in the construction or dewatering sector).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Strong communication skills .
