Description:
A leading company in Dubai is looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in security guard services, cleaning services, and factory workforce management. The ideal candidate should have experience handling 800+ employees and must have worked in a similar industry, either currently or in a previous role.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR management within security services, cleaning services, or factory workforce management
- Ability to manage large teams (1500+ employees)
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in handling both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment
- Must be able to travel overseas anytime for recruitment purposes
- Strong decision-making skills and authority to make final hiring decisions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
