This role requires a strategic leader with extensive HR experience in the aviation sector, capable of driving organizational growth, employee engagement, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Development – Recruit, train, and develop top aviation talent while ensuring effective succession planning.
- Employee Engagement & Relations – Foster a positive workplace culture, manage employee relations, and drive engagement initiatives.
