About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant & Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a VIP executive in Dubai. The Personal Assistant will also manage responsibilities for two offices—one for the executive and another for their spouse.
This role requires a professional with extensive experience in assisting high-profile families and the flexibility to commute between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel coordination.
- Manage personal and business-related tasks efficiently for the executive and their spouse.
- Coordinate between two offices, ensuring seamless operations and communication.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Oversee household and family-related management tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience supporting high-profile executives or families.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
