Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams across various projects
- Oversee repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance work for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general technical services
- Ensure all tasks meet quality and safety standards
- Manage work schedules, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Train and mentor maintenance staff
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with services
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance supervision role
- Strong knowledge of technical services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- UAE driving license is a plus
