Job Summary:
Indus Real Estate is looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain our IT systems and ensure smooth operations across the company. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist in optimizing our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Could you provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting IT-related issues in person, via email, or over the phone?
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, printers, and networking devices.
- Ensure smooth operation of Microsoft Office 365, CRM, and real estate software.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and security settings.
- Assist with data backups, recovery processes, and cybersecurity measures.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and liaise with service providers when necessary.
- Maintain IT inventory and manage the procurement of new hardware/software as required.
- Support remote access, VPN setups, and cloud solutions for employees.
- Document IT procedures and provide basic training for staff on IT best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with CRM software, cloud solutions, and real estate technology is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to support non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple IT tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or ITIL.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry IT support is an advantage.
