Eco Drive Driving Institute is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in DIC, UAE. If you have 4+ years of HR experience in the UAE and are passionate about managing HR operations for a large workforce, we want to hear from you!
Position Details:
- Location: Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, UAE
- Languages Preferred: English & Hindi speakers
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment & onboarding for new employees
- Handle employee relations & grievance resolution
- Oversee payroll, benefits, & HR administration for 700+ employees
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws & company policies
- Support performance management & training programs
- Manage RTA permits & licensing for staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of UAE experience in an HR role
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws & HR best practices
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
