Description:
We are seeking a HR & Admin Executive who have 2-3 years of experience in UAE.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment process, ensuring that the company hires the right talent.
- Conducting initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidates for their qualifications and fit within the company culture.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all necessary paperwork, including residency visas, medical checks, and labor contracts, are completed in accordance with UAE regulations.
- Ensuring adherence to UAE labor laws, including visa regulations, work permits, and the UAE Emiratization policy
- Handling employee concerns, grievances, and mediating conflicts. Ensuring a positive workplace culture in line with the UAE’s diverse workforce.
- Handling the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including processing employee documentation.
- Handling payroll functions to ensure that all employees are paid correctly and on time, including deductions for taxes, insurance, etc.
- Managing the calculation and payment of end-of-service benefits (gratuity) as per UAE labor law.
- Handling with various HR functions, such as organizing employee files, scheduling interviews, processing leave requests, and preparing documents.
- Acting as a liaison between employees and the HR department, answering queries related to policies, benefits, or payroll.
