Create and maintain job descriptions, work with a team for hiring and filling the vacant positions within
timeline. Manage recruitment dashboard.
• Liaising with PRO in preparation of necessary documentation on behalf of company personnel for visit
visa, employment visa, transfer of residence, procurement of emirates id, stamping of residency permit,
insurance card.
• Documenting HR related invoicing(building rental, company license renewal, insurance , health card, fewa
water and drainage bills ect.)
• Organize & maintain company’s health insurance as well as workmen compensation which includes
addition, deletion, claims & reimbursement.
• Welcome new joiners on their first day, plan and conduct orientation program. Facilitate them in the
respective departments.
• Co-ordinate with department heads for training need analysis and plan the necessary training programs.
• Manage employee time cards & leave trackers.
• Create Organizational Units, Jobs, Positions Code and Assign persons to correct positions. Initiate
employee hiring process in HRMS software, maintain master data & update staff’s personal information.
• Calculate and give inputs to finance on staff salaries, loans, overtime, travel allowances and other
benefits. Address employees’ queries regarding payroll. Rollout pay slips once the salaries are disbursed.
• Event Management – Assist team for organising HR events.
• Assist HOD and respective department heads to complete yearly performance reviews.
• – Co-ordination with offshore HR units for timely action on day-to-day activities, effective & engaging
communication with staff members for addressing HR concerns.
• Handle Full & Final settlement for all employees’ upon resignation/termination. Obtain no due report from
the respective department, release the dues and inform PRO team for cancellation.
