Hiring Payroll Officer
Location: Dubai – UAE
Experience: 3+ years (Preferred)

We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced hashtag#PayrollOfficer to manage and process payroll for our employee base of 300–400 staff members. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Payroll and be well-versed in statutory compliance, salary processing, and payroll reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll for 300–400 employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll data integrity in Zoho Payroll and ensure system accuracy.
- Generate and distribute payslips, and other payroll-related documents.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Assist in audits by providing payroll reports and documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing for 500-600 Employees MUST.
- Proficiency in Zoho Payroll is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling payroll for startups or mid-sized companies.
- Knowledge of HRMS integration with payroll tools.
