We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 & 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to support our leadership team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking with confidence and efficiency.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Handle confidential correspondence, presentations, and documentation
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate travel bookings, visas, hotel arrangements, and itineraries
- Oversee office operations, vendors, supplies, and facility management
- Be the communication bridge between executives, staff, and stakeholders
- Support with internal reporting, project coordination, and team communication
- Maintain a structured filing system and handle sensitive data with confidentiality
- Assist with HR and administrative tasks when needed
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
- 4–6 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proactive, well-organized, and solutions-oriented
- Calm under pressure, with strong prioritization skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
