Hiring Sales Executive
As a premium brand of Accor, at Grand Mercure Majlis Residences Abu Dhabi, we take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality, accommodation, dining, and service. We are seeking a Sales Executive (Arabic) to join our energetic team.
As a Sales Executive, you will drive sales and play a crucial role in maximizing the property’s revenue.
Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new Government & Corporate business opportunities to achieve individual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct daily sales calls, meetings, and site inspections.
- Negotiate rates, and contracts, to drive revenue and increase market share.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, and competition for growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the Revenue Management team for optimum results.
- Liaise with other teams to deliver the best experience to the guests during their stay at our hotel.
- Attend and represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to enhance hotel visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must possess UAE driving license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a premium hotel.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Arabic and English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Expertise in Opera software.
- In-depth knowledge of Hospitality sales techniques and best industry practices.
- Adaptability to quickly adapt to market conditions and client needs.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
