Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive business development and expand our customer base in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in freight forwarding sales and strong knowledge of local and international logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue across air, sea, and land freight services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and present customized freight solutions to clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to create competitive proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to build brand visibility.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics in the UAE.
• Strong portfolio of clients in the freight and logistics sector.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Incoterms, shipping procedures, and international trade.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Preferred:

Bilingual (English & Arabic).

Experience with Dubai Trade, JAFZA, and free zone procedures.
