Padel Edition is a newly opened Padel Court. Dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our members and guest.
We offer state-of-the-art facilities, professional coaching, and a welcoming atmosphere for players of all levels.
We are currently seeking a friendly and well organized Padel Receptionist to join our team.
Job Description:
- Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage court bookings, cancellations, and reschedules using our booking system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information about our facilities, programs, and membership options.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Assist in the sale of merchandise, equipment, and refreshments.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with informational materials.
- Coordinate with coaching staff to manage lesson schedules and availability.
- Address any member or guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Promote upcoming events, tournaments, and club activities to members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role. Works at Padel court is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, particularly booking and scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
