We’re Hiring: Junior Accountant Accounts Receivable

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage cheque collections and receivables (Cash/Cheque/Transfers), and post/reconcile incoming payments to customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate AR records, issue daily collection reports, and upload invoices with acknowledged documents on customer portals.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate with sales and customer service teams for quick issue resolution.
- Update and maintain customer master data (pricing, credit terms) as required.
- Assist with monthly finance closure, reporting activities, audits, and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Perform other general accounting tasks as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or general accounting (fresh graduates may be considered on exception basis).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus (e.g., Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or FMCG is a plus.
