As the first point of contact in our office, the Receptionist plays a vital role in reflecting the professionalism, warmth, and sophistication our clients expect. We’re looking for someone with a polished presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
What you’ll do:
- Greet clients and guests with a professional and welcoming demeanor
- Manage calls, emails, and front-desk operations
- Support administrative tasks and ensure the reception area reflects our high standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth daily operations
What we’re looking for:
- Prior front-desk or hospitality experience (luxury or corporate environment preferred)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- A confident, calm, and presentable personality
