Job level – Entry Level
Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and strong computer proficiency? We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to join our dynamic team and support critical business setup operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage license and visa applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations via Free Zone and government portals
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Liaise with different Government and Free Zone Authorities
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation before submission
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support workflow improvements and team operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication
- Advanced computer skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Previous experience in operations or business setup (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
