What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Create and post compelling job ads across various platforms
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing
- Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with hiring policies
- Maintain and update the ATS and recruitment reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Own Visa Candidates
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- A results-driven, organized, and people-focused mindset
