What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in healthcare finance
Bachelor’s degree + CPA/CFA or equivalent
Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
- Financial Management: Oversee accounting, billing, insurance claims, and vendor finances
- Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor budgets, implement cost-saving measures
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to VAT laws, healthcare regulations, and audits
- Cash Flow Oversight: Manage liquidity, cash reserves, and bank relations
- Team Leadership: Mentor the finance team and track performance
- Strategic Support: Advise leadership on investments and long-term planning
