Hiring Multitasking Receptionist / Sales & PRO Assistant
Location: Dubai
Company: A N T ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS is seeking a dynamic, well-presented, and highly organized professional to take on a multitasking role combining reception duties, sales support, and PRO assistance.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, capable of managing diverse responsibilities efficiently, and able to represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally at the front desk.
- Handle phone, calls, emails, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Support the sales team with proposal preparation, database updates, meeting coordination, and basic reporting.
- Assist with visa, labor, and immigration documentation and liaise with government departments.
- Monitor and manage license and visa renewal timelines.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems for administrative and PRO-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in reception or administrative support roles.
- Basic knowledge or experience in sales support and PRO functions (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-service oriented mindset.
Compensation:
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
