Hiring Retention Executive
Location: Dubai
Salary: Up to AED 3,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retention Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Excel expert with strong communication skills and a background in customer retention, telesales, or call center operations.
Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers to maintain and improve client retention.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve client concerns and provide solutions.
- Use Microsoft Excel to track and analyze client data and retention metrics.
- Follow up with inactive or at-risk clients to re-engage them.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly retention targets.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in telesales, customer service, or retention is preferred
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive tone
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or on short notice
