What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and headhunting top-tier brokers in the Dubai market
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Building strong relationships with candidates
- Working closely with the team to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Real Estate Recruitment Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a strong work ethic
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
