Description:

Hiring Operation and Roadshow Coordinator

Requirements:

Present event proposals to management with insights and recommendations for approval or rejection.
Schedule events in line with approved plans and timelines.
Conduct roadshow meetings with real estate agents, including data verification, evaluation, and analysis.
Collaborate with Tele Sales and Digital Marketing teams to plan direct events based on lead generation performance in specific markets.
Execute monthly local and international events, including:
Venue sourcing and booking.
Event set-up and hostess services.
Supplier and vendor management.
Branding and marketing material preparation.
Travel arrangements and coordination for event teams.
Manage event budgets and billing in coordination with Procurement and Finance teams.
Conduct post-event analysis and reporting in collaboration with the MIS team to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
Travel to event locations to ensure smooth on-site coordination and optimize event performance.
Handle administrative and documentation tasks related to event planning and execution.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in event planning, exhibitions, or roadshow coordination.
Experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Experience with budgeting and vendor negotiations.
Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally for events.
