We are partnering with a globally reputed healthcare organization to find an exceptional Director of Procurement to lead their strategic sourcing and procurement operations in Abu Dhabi.

This is a leadership role for an experienced professional ready to drive impactful change, enhance supplier relations, and align procurement goals with business excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic procurement & sourcing frameworks
• Lead supplier relationships and contract management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Pharma, or Health Systems (MBA preferred)

• Expertise in contracts, vendor negotiation, and analytics
• Familiar with ERP, Power BI, Tableau, MS Office
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Arabic & UAE procurement law knowledge is a plus
