Are you a proactive, detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for delivering great customer experiences and streamlining daily operations? We’re looking for a Customer Service Operations Assistant to join our team at Beauty Tribe!
What you’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Manage returns, exchanges, and customer feedback effectively
- Support operations tasks including inventory checks, order tracking, and reporting
- Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative duties
What we’re looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or admin/operations support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently
